Collaboration with LVAC! I’m excited to launch the Sailor Moon designs as shirts! I’m working with LVAC as part of their outreach to help creators produce shirts with proceeds going to charity. Since the proceeds go to charity and LVAC is helping cover printing costs, we must keep the design simple to maintain affordability. This is why the shirts are printed in limited colors. 50% of the proceeds for all sales will be donated to the Acacia Center for Justice which focuses on immigrant legal defense programs for children and adults across the country. Since immigration court is exempt from the 6th Amendment guarantee to a defense attorney, many people detained for immigration-related issues struggle to find affordable and accessible representation, leading them to enter court with no representation. The results of court-mandated deportation can be disastrous for people and their families. The Acacia Center for Justice helps minimize the likelihood of innocent and hardworking people facing family separation and the cost of losing their jobs and homes.
